Processing and shipping takes 3-10 business days, sometimes sooner depending on stock. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak weekends. Delivery time is to be used just as an estimate, some items may arrive sooner and some may take longer. All items will be shipped via UPS, once items are received by the facility they are no longer our responsibility. After receiving tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Tracking numbers are sent the day before the package is shipped.

A signature is required for all purchases upon delivery, Signature confirmation means that you have accepted this delivery. If no one is available to sign, the shipping company will reattempt. 

Ready to ship items will ship next business day

Expedited shipping is offered occasionally. If the option is available at checkout then you can select faster shipping. If available please make sure to pick this at checkout, we do not send invoices to add expedited shipping on to purchases. If the expedited shipping option is not available at checkout, then it is not available at that time. 

All sales are final. If there is something that you are not satisfied with you must let us know within 7 days of receiving items. 

Once order is placed, order can not be changed. Be sure to look over order before submitting. 

Please keep in mind that once packages are sent that the timeliness of your delivery depends upon the carrier. When purchasing hair please allow enough time for hair to be delivered. 

If we have hair on hand it will be posted on our business instagram and/or Facebook page. If not posted orders will need to be placed online. 

Once tracking details are sent we suggest making an appointment for 2 weeks out.
